Quotations and Contracts
Quotation Terms
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date
- Prices are subject to site inspection and final measurements

- Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work commences
Contract Requirements
- Written contract required for all projects over $1,000
- Contract must be signed by all parties before work begins
- Variations to scope must be agreed in writing

- All permits and approvals arranged as specified
Payment Terms
Standard Payment Schedule
- • Deposit: 20% upon contract signing
- • Progress: 50% at material delivery
- • Final: 30% upon completion

Important Payment Notes
- • Overdue payments may incur interest charges

Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
- 12 months warranty on all installation work
- Structural work: 6 years warranty
- Defects in workmanship covered
- Normal wear and tear excluded

Material Warranties

- Colorbond: 25-year material warranty
- Timber: Natural product warranties vary

Warranty Exclusions
Our warranties do not cover:

Liability and Insurance

Client Responsibilities
As our client, you are responsible for:
Before Work Begins
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
- Marking underground services (Dial Before You Dig)
- Providing site access and parking
- Informing neighbors of upcoming work
- Removing items from work areas
During and After Work
- Making payments according to schedule
- Communicating any concerns promptly
- Maintaining completed work appropriately
- Following any maintenance instructions
- Reporting warranty issues within timeframe
Cancellation and Variations
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before work starts: No fee
- Cancellation after materials ordered: Material costs apply
- Cancellation during work: Payment for completed work
- Cancellation must be in writing
- Refunds processed within 14 days
Variations and Changes
- All variations must be approved in writing
- Additional costs quoted before proceeding
- Timeline adjustments for significant changes
- No verbal agreements for variations
- Payment adjustments reflected in final invoice
